On June 16th, Socrates Educa International School set the stage for the Fundació Socrates Educa awards and scholarships ceremony. The evening aimed to raise funds in support of families who require assistance in order to provide an inclusive international education. Three scholarships were presented to students, and two were awarded to teachers.

The Socrates Educa STEAM award, hosted by Fruselva, was awarded to Alex Quesada (BAT1) for his exceptional achievements in the field of Science, Technology and Mathematics. Aina Solano (ESO4) received the Socrates Educa award for Excellence in the Humanities award, sponsored by the SE Foundation. The Sr. Joan Gumà Excellence Scholarship, for all round excellence, was presented to Leire Olivan (ESO4).

The Socrates Educa Awards for Teaching Excellence, hosted by the SE Foundation, aim to promote and acknowledge outstanding teaching practices within the school environment. These awards focus on educational innovation, the implementation of the Socrates Educa project, and the application of the school's four pillars: internationality, excellent use of technology, sustainability, and community service. Iris Pujol, a primary teacher, received the Socrates Educa award for Teaching Excellence in the Humanities. Albert Martí, an ESO, BAT, and IB teacher, was honored with the Socrates Educa award for Teaching Excellence in the area of Science, Technology and Mathematics.

In addition to these scholarships, the Foundation provides other forms of support, such as the Mr. Esteve Blasi Scholarship. This scholarship is intended for a student from outside the SEIS who possesses academic potential and the ambition to study internationally. The recipient should demonstrate talent, willpower, aptitude, and the desire to pursue studies at the SEIS. However, financial constraints prevent them from attending the two years of pre-university studies. The biannual scholarship supports them in doing this and covers all academic fees for the student during their Baccalaureate (National or International).

The Foundation also offers a range of scholarships, fully or partially covering the cost of schooling or services, to students who wish to pursue their studies for various reasons. Candidates must submit their applications to the Foundation before the end of July each academic year to be considered in the first round of selections and assignments.

The evening also served as an opportunity to discuss the Foundation's upcoming milestones in its educational project, including the establishment of the Socrates Educa International Campus. This campus has been operational since last year and provides accommodation for students who require it to access the international school.

The night culminated in a celebration attended by over 200 people, including the school community (families, Governors, staff, and students), as well as local authorities and representatives from other organisations in the region.
