The VIII International University Fair, organized in the Socrates Educa International School, Salou, Careers Guidance Week concluded this Tuesday with success for exhibitors, visitors and orientation for students. More than 20 universities and educational centres, both national and international, joined this event, embedding it it as an educational reference in the region.
The main objective of this event is to provide students, from 3rd ESO to BAT/IB, a forum to explore different academic and professional options. During the day, our students received direct advice from university specialists and had and took part in workshops and presentations adapted to their different educational levels.
The Socrates Educa educational project promotes an academic and professional guidance plan starting from the 3rd year of ESO. This University Fair helps ensure that, from a very young age, they have contact with a variety of post-compulsory study options and future professional opportunities at a national and international level. The Fair shows students a whole new and innovative range of options, in an academic and professional world in constant change.
Again this year all students and the educational community of Camp de Tarragona, Terres de l'Ebre and southern Catalonia were invited to participate, with the aim of providing broad support to all students in making decisions about their academic/professional future.
